Welcome to Westfield
The new growth of Westfield has brought it to the attention of potential buyers, but this affluent, history-rich community has long been worthy of recognition.
Among the tree-lined residential streets and local shops, up-and-coming development projects are bringing a palpable buzz to the city of Westfield, Indiana. Affordable in comparison to city living and yet undeniably upscale, this rising community is overflowing with desirable attributes. The town’s European settlement dates back all the way to 1669, when it was the farthest-west Massachusetts Colony in the nation, and contributes to its vibrant character.
Westfield was officially incorporated in 1920 and sits positioned between the dazzling communities of Carmel and Noblesville. A mid-sized population of nearly 40,000 residents gives the city a suburban-meets-urban feel, emphasized by the balance between quiet cul-de-sacs and access to major commuter throughways.
As the town of Westfield continues to expand, so, too, does its number of desirable residential enclaves. Premier builders have their hands full with the rapid growth, and the market is saturated in eager buyers ready to carve out their own paradise on large lots or in gated communities. Homes are typically spacious single-family houses or executive abodes and can vary between golf-course locations and positions in the heart of Downtown.
